INGREDIENTS
- Cubie Chicken Collagen – 4 cubes / pkt
- Potatoes (Peeled & Cut) – 250g
- Garlic Cloves – 2
- Cauliflower (Chunk) – 10g
- Black pepper – to taste
- Salt – to taste
- Gravy:
- Cubie Chicken Collagen – 6 cubes / pkt
- Plain Flour – 20g
- Salted Butter – 30g
- Water – ¾ cup
- Light Soya Sauce – 2tsp
- Black Pepper – to taste
- Salt – to taste
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Chopped the cauliflower into small pieces.
- Chopped the cauliflower into small pieces.
- In another saucepan, melt the Cubie Chicken Collagen.
- Add in steamed potatoes and garlic. Mash with a handheld masher.
- Add in cauliflower, mix well.
- For gravy, stir fry the flour with melted butter in a saucepan, over low heat until incorporated.
- Slowly add water into the mix.
- Lastly add in Cubie Chicken Collagen, salt, pepper and light soya sauce. Mix well and ready to be served over mashed potato.
