Chicken Collagen Mash Potato with Cauliflower

(Serves 2 pax)

 

INGREDIENTS

  • Cubie Chicken Collagen – 4 cubes / pkt
  • Potatoes (Peeled & Cut) – 250g
  • Garlic Cloves – 2
  • Cauliflower (Chunk) – 10g
  • Black pepper – to taste
  • Salt – to taste
  • Gravy:
  • Cubie Chicken Collagen – 6 cubes / pkt
  • Plain Flour – 20g
  • Salted Butter – 30g
  • Water – ¾ cup
  • Light Soya Sauce – 2tsp
  • Black Pepper – to taste
  • Salt – to taste

 

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Chopped the cauliflower into small pieces.
  2. Chopped the cauliflower into small pieces.
  3. In another saucepan, melt the Cubie Chicken Collagen.
  4. Add in steamed potatoes and garlic. Mash with a handheld masher.
  5. Add in cauliflower, mix well.
  6. For gravy, stir fry the flour with melted butter in a saucepan, over low heat until incorporated.
  7. Slowly add water into the mix.
  8. Lastly add in Cubie Chicken Collagen, salt, pepper and light soya sauce. Mix well and ready to be served over mashed potato.
