INGREDIENTS
- Cubie Chicken Collagen – 16 cubes/pkt
- Kikkoman Soya Sauce – 2tsp / 8g
- Mirin – 4tsp / 16g
- Water – 300ml
- Salt and Pepper – to taste
- Sliced Carrot – 20g
- Sliced Shimeji Mushroom – 40g
- Soba – 100g
- Egg – 1nos
- Vegetable Oil – 1tsp
- Nori (Dried Seaweed) Strip – 1pcs
- Spring Onions (Slice Finely) – for garnish
- Roast White Sesame Seeds – 1tsp
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook soba accordingly to package instructions.
- Fry thin omelette and cut into strips.
- Boil Cubie Chicken Collagen cubes with water, add in sliced carrot and mushroom. Cook for 3 mins.
- Add in seasoning.
- Garnish soba with egg, nori, spring onion, and sesame seeds.
- Serve it with hot soup as a dipping sauce.
