Soba in Hot Chicken Collagen Dipping Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • Cubie Chicken Collagen – 16 cubes/pkt
  • Kikkoman Soya Sauce – 2tsp / 8g
  • Mirin – 4tsp / 16g
  • Water – 300ml
  • Salt and Pepper – to taste
  • Sliced Carrot – 20g
  • Sliced Shimeji Mushroom – 40g
  • Soba – 100g
  • Egg – 1nos
  • Vegetable Oil – 1tsp
  • Nori (Dried Seaweed) Strip – 1pcs
  • Spring Onions (Slice Finely) – for garnish
  • Roast White Sesame Seeds – 1tsp

 

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cook soba accordingly to package instructions.
  2. Fry thin omelette and cut into strips.
  3. Boil Cubie Chicken Collagen cubes with water, add in sliced carrot and mushroom. Cook for 3 mins.
  4. Add in seasoning.
  5. Garnish soba with egg, nori, spring onion, and sesame seeds.
  6. Serve it with hot soup as a dipping sauce.
