QC Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Perform incoming/ outgoing / in process quality checks and control
  • Perform daily inspection on sanitation, hygiene, food safety and quality aspects to ensure good manufacturing and good hygiene practices at work.
  • Conduct routine microbial and shelf life testing
  • Provide production staff training in GMP, GHP, and CCP.
  • Endure adherence to SFA requirements and ISO&HACCP documents are properly carried out
  • Develop and recommend improvements of facilities, equipments and procedures to enhance safety, quality and efficiency
  • Handle internal/ external audit and liaise with SFA for import and export inspection
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement: 

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, equivalent or above in Food Science
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise suppliers from China
  • Preferably 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Knowledge in food safety & quality audits will be an advantage
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated, initiative and able to communicate effectively with all levels

 

FOOD/PROCESS TECHNOLOGIST

Responsibilities: 

  • Developing new product according to development requests.
  • Conduct food tasting and sensory evaluation
  • Involve in continuous improvement of existing products, in term of quality or costing
  • Refine recipe formulation for mass production purposes.
  • New product cost analysis.
  • Documentation – Prepare trial record, process flow, SOP, labelling etc.
  • Competitor studies, looking out for new trends and new products in the market. 

Requirement: 

  • Diploma in Food Science / Food Technology or related course
  • Have good grasp of HACCP, ISO22000 & GMP requirement will be advantage
  • Good communication skill & demonstrate technical competence
  • Ability to handle multiple projects & work independently 

 

PRODUCTION MANGEMENT TRAINEE

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Optimize manufacturing process flows to enhance product quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving process issues by implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support standardization of methods and procedures across departments as necessary.
  • Work closely with the manager to identify, diagnose, and resolve process-related challenges.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement projects focused on product quality.
  • Work in a food production environment and gain hands-on experience by rotating through various sections to understand the full production process.
  • Candidates with strong performance and potential may be offered overseas assignment opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrate a passion for the food manufacturing industry.
  • Exhibit independence, persistence, and a strong willingness to learn. 

Requirements: 

  • Diploma / Secondary qualification    
  • Candidate with Diploma in Food Science & Technologies preferred.  
  • Fresh graduate are welcome as training provided
