1. Without thawing, put in boiling water bath for 15-20 minutes

2. Fully thawed, remove the packaging. Wrap the char siew with aluminium foil and bake with oven / air fryer at 180°C for 10-15 minutes

FIRE Frozen Roast Pork 220g
Fully thaw & remove packaging.
1. Deep fry at 160-170°C for 10-15 minutes

2. Wrap the bottom and side of roast pork with aluminium foil (leaving the skin unwrapped). Bake in oven at 220°C or air fryer at 200°C for 15-20 minutes
